Weekly Wednesdays

Enjoy Consistent Support in Compassionate Care

A key learning technique in Ayurveda is Pratyaksha - to learn by direct experience. Wednesday classes are  designed as a time for you to for explore, reflect, listen, deepen, expand and  learn from others. There will be prompts for you to consider prior to class and to discuss during in group.

At the heart of Ayurveda is the understanding that we are all unique, and respond to everything uniquely. The best way we learn how to tailor Ayurveda to individual needs is to learn from one another, to experience first-hand how uniquely we each experience life and its many arrays.

Wednesday classes are 8:30-10am Pacific time. Alternatives can be arranged if this time is impossible for you.
